1 Eligibility and Accounts

2 Marketplace Role

Kartt connects buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of goods or directly process transactions between users at this stage.

3 Listings and Conduct

• chevron_rightListings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• chevron_rightYou may not post prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items.
• chevron_rightUnverified vendors may be limited to 5 listings. Verified vendors may list more, subject to platform limits.
• chevron_rightSpam, harassment, impersonation, and fraud are not allowed.

4 Verification and Moderation

Verification badges indicate completed checks within Kartt rules, including profile, contact, email, listing, Student ID, and matriculation review. Verification is not a guarantee of transaction outcome, and we may remove badges, content, suspend access, or limit features when policies are violated.

5 Reports and Enforcement

Signed-in users can report listings or accounts. We review reports and may take action, including warnings, listing removal, verification restriction, or account suspension.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or transaction outcomes.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kartt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised date.
